Hey friends, I’m Brooke, living my life to the fullest in Napa, CA. For me, that means two things: incredible food and wine and sharing it with others in the best place on earth. I began my adventure in Napa during 2017 when I moved to attend the Culinary Institute of America. After graduating from the culinary institute I began working at Silver Oak winery where I was able to learn from the best about the importance of balancing food with wine. In 2019 I went on to work in the kitchen of Robert Sinskey where I learned the importance of seasonal cooking and truly understood the farm to table lifestyle. My style of cooking is a culmination of all of my experiences cooking in different kitchens as well as what I believe makes sense intuitively. It is my job as a chef to showcase what nature has given us, finding the best produce/products and doing very little to them in order for them to shine.
